To take a tank water sample, first wash your hands and choose a tap that’s used regularly inside the house (not an outdoor hose). Let the water run for about 30–60 seconds, then fill the provided clean bottle almost to the top, leaving a small space at the neck. Avoid touching the inside of the lid or bottle opening. Seal it tightly, clearly label it with your name, address, date, and time, then keep the sample cool and out of sunlight. Please drop it to our lab at 1/37 Gateway Drive, Noosaville within 24 hours.
To collect a bore water sample, wash your hands and use a tap directly connected to the bore, not a storage tank or garden hose. Let the water run for 2–3 minutes to flush out any standing water, then fill the provided clean bottle almost to the top, leaving a small gap at the neck. Avoid touching the inside of the lid or bottle opening. Seal the bottle firmly, label it with your name, address, date, and time, then keep it cool and out of sunlight. Please deliver the sample to our lab at 1/37 Gateway Drive, Noosaville within 24 hours.

Why it matters: Low pH corrodes pipes and causes metallic taste. E. coli indicates contamination.

"We live on tank water and always worried about what might be in it. The testing process was so simple, and the report explained everything in plain English. Thanks to their recommendations, we installed a UV system and finally feel confident our kids are drinking safe water."

"The report wasn’t just numbers – it told me exactly why the results mattered and what to do about them. I went with their tank cleaning service (QuadClean) and noticed the difference straight away."

"Booking online was easy, and I had results back in just a few days. They even told me why my pH was off and how to correct it with a simple filter change. Saved me guessing and wasted money at the hardware store."
